Deme has recently been rewritten in the web framework Ruby on Rails. In order to retain access to all the resources for the older PHP version of Deme (0.5.0), we will maintain the software links and demo in this section.

As always, Deme-PHP is an open-source platform for online deliberation – that is, it allows groups of people to discuss, brainstorm, collaborate, and make decisions together, at their own convenience, via the World-Wide Web.
